Unitec, a large tertiary education institution serving 12,000 students across two campuses, faced challenges with Building 108. Constructed in the 1970s, the building suffered from a leaky roof and numerous internal gutter issues.
Utilising RoofLogics Ultratherm Xtreme Recover has fixed weathertightness issues and significantly extended the life of the building.
