Catalina Bay Apartments consists of 73 residences situated on the northern-eastern tip of Hobsonville Point, Auckland. Designed by Architectus, the apartments maximise the views of the surrounding area. Given the site’s exposure to strong winds and harsh weather, selecting a durable roofing system was a key consideration for the project.
